Refunds & Cancellations
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Setup Fees
Setup fees cover the initial labor, strategy, and configuration required to launch your campaigns or website. Therefore, setup fees are non-refundable after work has begun.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Your monthly subscription can be cancelled at any time with a 30-days written notice. Once cancelled, you will not be billed for subsequent months, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
3. Ad Spend
Any ad spend managed on behalf of the client (e.g., payments made to Google, Facebook, or other advertising platforms) is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these funds are paid directly to the ad networks.
4. Early Cancellation
Prorated refunds for setup fees may be available within the first 7 days of signing only if no work has been started on your project.
