1. Services Agreement

By engaging ZoloPulse for digital marketing services, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. We provide website design, SEO, AI chatbots, automations, and other marketing services as described in your chosen plan or custom proposal.

2. Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon signing. Monthly subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with a 30-day written notice to support@zolopulse.com. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of setup fees, you own the website and content we create for you. ZoloPulse retains the right to use the work in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. Limitation of Liability

ZoloPulse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee specific rankings or revenue results.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
